Where do I find the model number?
You can find the model number on the Settings app of the phone you paired your AirPods with, the wireless charging case, or on the device itself. The model number is usually placed near the serial number.
The format of AirPods’ model number is an A followed by four numbers (e.g., A####).
How to determine the Airpods model number via Settings:
